Penny Konitsioti is an international sports lawyer with experience of both the Greek and international sport landscape and founder of Penny Konitsioti Legal Services Boutique. She acts as an Attorney at Law in Athens, being a member of Athens Bar Association focusing on international contracts and sports law as well as on the dispute resolution before the bodies of FIFA and the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS), having expertise in transfer and employment-related disputes and intermediary contracts. She also provides services on a wide range of civil and sports legal issues, such as negotiation and drafting of contracts related to international transfer of players, players’ intermediaries, economic rights, and image rights and setting up of companies.
