Join the Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland

We welcome applications from professionals and students who wish to develop their leadership competencies through our academic and short-course programmes.

How to Apply

  1. Complete the online application form.
  2. Submit the required documents by email.
  3. Our admissions team will review your dossier and confirm your enrolment.

Required Documents

  • CV with photo
  • Completed Application Form
  • For Master of Science: a copy of your bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or your highest academic degree including transcripts
  • For Master of Advanced Studies: a copy of your bachelor’s degree or equivalent, or your highest academic degree including transcripts. Applicants without a bachelor’s degree may still be considered based on their dossier, provided they confirm at least two years of relevant work experience
  • Copy of passport or ID
  • Proof of English fluency (no formal test such as TOEFL required — applicants must be able to read, write and speak English fluently)

Registration Fee

CHF 300 (non-refundable), payable with your application. Contact ALSS for bank account details.

Tuition Fees

  • Certificate of Advanced Studies: CHF 3,000 (one instalment)
  • Diploma of Advanced Studies: CHF 9,000 (two instalments)
  • Master of Advanced Studies: CHF 16,500 (four instalments)
  • PhD Programmes: CHF 40,000

Academy Life

We offer our education activities using blended learning that combines online digital media with traditional classroom methods

Online Education

Our students have the possibility to study 100% online or in a mixed format, with face-to-face meetings held once or twice a year in Zurich, Switzerland.

Campus Meeting

Although the classes are conducted mostly online, students can meet in Zurich, Switzerland once or twice a year for one week.
