NEUROLEADERSHIP IN MEDICINE ALSS / ADVANCED CERTIFICATE

Course Introduction

This course focuses on the theory and practice of Neuroleadership. It is designed to enable students to understand the
foundational concepts and develop the analytical skills needed to be an effective leader in medicine.
Students will explore their own leadership, personality and cognitive styles and learn how these may affect the
performance of others. The course will focus on experiential projects and exercises as well as provide opportunities to
individually reflect and write about the concepts explored and skills gained throughout the course.

5. Proof of English fluency: We do not require any formal testing such as the TOEFL but students must be able to read, write and speak English fluently.
