ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
1. Curriculum Vitae: CV with a recent photograph.
2. Application Form: Completed and signed application form.
3. Educational Certificates: Maturity certificate, secondary-school leaving certificate, or an equivalent qualification, including academic transcripts.
4. Identification Documents: A copy of a valid passport or national identity card.
5. Proof of English Fluency: TOEFL with a minimum score of 550, IELTS with a minimum score of 6.5, an equivalent recognised qualification, or evidence of prior secondary-school or university-level education completed in English.

Introduces the structures, roles, and functions of the sports industry and the foundations of leadership and management in clubs, federations, associations, leagues, agencies, and governing bodies.
2. Emotional Intelligence in Sports — 10 ECTS
Explores self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, motivation, communication, conflict resolution, coaching, and team relationships in sports environments.
3. Principles of Business Management — 10 ECTS
Business-focused module covering planning, organisation, decision-making, operations, budgeting, and organisational effectiveness.
4. Communication and Team Dynamics in Sports — 10 ECTS
Develops communication, negotiation, presentation, teamwork, stakeholder engagement, and interpersonal skills in multicultural sports settings.
5. Academic Writing and Research Methods — 10 ECTS
