EINFÜHRUNG IN DAS SPORTRECHT (ÖSTERREICH)
Kursvorstellung
Der Kurs Einführung in das Sportrecht ist ein vierwöchiger offener Kurs (jede Woche zwei Stunden online), der von der Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland angeboten wird.
Der Kurs wird von anerkannten Experten im Sportrecht konzipiert und durchgeführt. Er wird als offener Kurs angeboten und kann von jedem besucht werden, der in der Sportbranche tätig ist oder dies anstrebt – einschließlich Sportadministratoren, Rechtsanwälten, Sportagenten oder -vermittlern, aktiven und ehemaligen Sportlern und anderen.
Kursinhalt
Der Kurs behandelt spezifische Themen im Zusammenhang mit dem Sport, einschließlich der nationalen und internationalen Regulierung des Sports, des direkt auf den Sport anwendbaren nationalen Rechts, der Verträge, der Streitbeilegung und anderer Themen

- 4 Wochen (Am 7, 14, 22 und 28 Mai) zwei Stunden als Webinar, Start jeweils um 18.00 Uhr)

- Durchführung 100 % online per Zoom
- Kursgebühr CHF 490 zu zahlen bis spätestenseine Woche vor Kursbeginn.
- Zulassungsvoraussetzungen Alle am Sportrecht interessierten Personen können teilnehmen.
- Technische Voraussetzungen sind ein Internetzugang sowie eine E-Mail-Adresse

Accreditation & Certification
The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) is an international education institution that offers continuing education, further education, and post graduate advanced education courses, workshops and programs focusing on advanced studies in Leadership and Management. The ALSS also offers short courses that are not credit- bearing, and do not lead to formal qualifications. All attendees who attend all the four presentations for the Introduction to Sports Law course will be awarded certificates of successful attendance by the ALSS.
