Course Introduction
Emotional Intelligence (EI) has emerged as a critical factor in personal and professional success. This course, “ALSS-Emotional Intelligence in Business,” is designed to provide students with a comprehensive understanding of the role emotional intelligence plays in the corporate world and how it influences various aspects of business.
In today’s fast-paced and interconnected business environment, technical skills alone are insufficient to excel. Emotional intelligence, encompassing selfawareness, self-regulation, empathy, and interpersonal skills, is crucial for effective leadership, teamwork, communication, and decision-making.
Course Content
By the end of Emotional Intellegence course, students will not only recognize the significance of emotional intelligence in the business realm but also be equipped with the tools to apply these principles effectively, fostering their own growth and contributing to the success of their organizations.
