The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) develops future leaders through a unique focus on Neuroleadership, combining neuroscience with modern business and leadership education.

We offer BSc, MBA, and PhD programs designed to equip you with strategic thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and high-impact leadership skills. Our innovative online and blended learning approach ensures both academic excellence and real-world application.

At ALSS, you will strengthen your leadership potential, understand human behavior at a deeper level, and gain the tools to lead effectively in complex, global environments.

INFORMATION AT A GLANCE:

  • 1. Program duration: Bachelor's – 3 years | MBA – 1 year | PhD – 3 years
  • 2. Course structure: Most modules are delivered over eight weeks
  • 3. Credits: BSc – 180 ECTS | MBA – 60 ECTS | PhD – 180 ECTS
  • 4. Credit transfer: Yes
  • 5. Language: English
  • 6. Scholarships: Available (up to 20% reduction of the program fee; students must demonstrate high academic achievement or strong involvement in social responsibility activities)
  • 7. Intakes: March 1 and October 1 each year
  • 8. Recommended application deadlines: February 1 for the March intake and September 1 for the October intake

Upon successful completion, participants receive a diploma or degree awarded by ALSS. All Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees are issued and recognized by ALSS as the awarding higher education institution.
