The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) develops future leaders through a unique focus on Neuroleadership, combining neuroscience with modern business and leadership education.
We offer BSc, MBA, and PhD programs designed to equip you with strategic thinking, evidence-based decision-making, and high-impact leadership skills. Our innovative online and blended learning approach ensures both academic excellence and real-world application.

- 9. Study format: 100% online (All programs are delivered fully online, combining weekly live Zoom sessions with structured self-study based on a metacognitive approach. This enables the transfer of scientifically grounded knowledge into practical workplace application. Students receive continuous feedback from professors and are awarded a final cumulative grade upon completion).

The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) is a registered higher education institution in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
ALSS currently holds candidacy status with ACBSP (USA).
Upon successful completion, participants receive a diploma or degree awarded by ALSS. All Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees are issued and recognized by ALSS as the awarding higher education institution.
