INSTITUTE OF HEALTHCARE LEADERSHIP
The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) specializes in neuroleadership-driven healthcare education, integrating neuroscience with healthcare leadership, patient care, and clinical management. Our programs are designed to develop healthcare professionals who understand how cognitive processes, human behavior, and decision-making influence effective leadership, patient safety, and organizational performance.
The MBA in Healthcare Leadership and Neuroleadership develops strategic, evidence-based leadership competencies tailored to modern healthcare systems, focusing on patient-centered care, team performance, and decision-making under pressure. The PhD programs emphasize advanced research, innovation, and scientific contribution in neuroleadership and healthcare systems.
The AAC (ALSS Advanced Certificate) provides a focused pathway to explore key topics such as emotional intelligence in healthcare, brain-based communication with patients and teams, and leadership performance in high-stress environments.
Through flexible, high-quality learning, participants strengthen clinical leadership, critical thinking, and research capabilities, enabling them to improve healthcare outcomes, enhance team collaboration, and lead healthcare organizations using evidence-based and neuroscience-informed approaches.

- 9. Study format: 100% online (All programs are delivered fully online, combining weekly live Zoom sessions with structured self-study based on a metacognitive approach. This enables the transfer of scientifically grounded knowledge into practical workplace application. The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) is a registered higher education institution in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
ALSS currently holds candidacy status with ACBSP (USA).
Upon successful completion, participants receive a diploma or degree awarded by ALSS. All Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees are issued and recognized by ALSS as the awarding higher education institution.
