INSTITUTE OF POLITICAL LEADERSHIP
The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) specializes in neuroleadership-driven political education, integrating neuroscience with political leadership, governance, and digital strategy. Programs develop professionals who understand how cognitive processes, behavior, and decision-making influence policy, strategy, and institutional performance.
The MBA in Neuroleadership and Politics builds strategic, evidence-based leadership skills for modern governance and digital political environments. The PhD programs focus on advanced research, innovation, and scholarly contribution in neuroleadership, political strategy, and public policy. The AAC (ALSS Advanced Certificate) provides a focused pathway in areas such as behavioral decision-making, strategic communication, and leadership performance.
Through flexible, high-quality learning, participants strengthen critical thinking, research, and leadership capabilities—enabling them to shape policy, drive innovation, and lead effectively in complex political contexts.

This enables the transfer of scientifically grounded knowledge into practical workplace application. The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) is a registered higher education institution in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.
ALSS currently holds candidacy status with ACBSP (USA).
Upon successful completion, participants receive a diploma or degree awarded by ALSS. All Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees are issued and recognized by ALSS as the awarding higher education institution.
