Neuroleadership in IT & Innovation

The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) specializes in neuroleadership-driven education, integrating neuroscience with information technology, digital innovation, and business transformation. Its programs are designed to develop professionals who understand how cognitive processes, human behavior, and decision-making shape effective leadership in technology-driven and innovation-focused environments.

The MBA programs in Neuroleadership and IT & Innovation, including Neuroleadership and Innovation in Informatics and Health Information and Informatics Management, develop strategic and brain-based leadership skills for modern digital organizations, while the PhD programs focus on advanced research and innovation in neuroleadership, IT governance, and digital transformation.

The AAC (ALSS Advanced Certificate) offers a focused pathway to explore core concepts such as software development and management with AI, neuroleadership in IT and innovation, emotional intelligence in digital environments, and leadership performance in high-pressure technological contexts.

Through flexible, high-quality learning, participants strengthen critical thinking, digital competence, and leadership effectiveness—enabling them to drive innovation, manage technological change, and lead organizations with evidence-based, neuroscience-informed approaches.

  • 6. Scholarships: Available (up to 20% reduction of the program fee; students must demonstrate high academic achievement or strong involvement in social responsibility activities)

  • 9. Study format: 100% online (All programs are delivered fully online, combining weekly live Zoom sessions with structured self-study based on a metacognitive approach. This enables the transfer of scientifically grounded knowledge into practical workplace application. Students receive continuous feedback from professors and are awarded a final cumulative grade upon completion).

The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) is a registered higher education institution in the Canton of Zurich, Switzerland.

ALSS currently holds candidacy status with ACBSP (USA).

Upon successful completion, participants receive a diploma or degree awarded by ALSS. All Bachelor’s, Master’s, and PhD degrees are issued and recognized by ALSS as the awarding higher education institution.
