NEUROLEADERSHIP IN BUSINESS
Course Introduction
This 8-week course will explore the fascinating and evolving field of Neuroleadership and its profound impact on business performance. Students will gain insights into the neurological and psychological underpinnings of leadership, the development of Neuroleadership skills, and the practical application of these concepts in real-world business scenarios. The course will cover topics such as leadership vs. management, effective brain-based communication, ethics in leadership, leadership styles, competencies, cultural and gender differences, evidence-based theories, and the significance of emotional intelligence in Neuroleadership.
Assessment
Weekly quizzes to assess understanding of course materials.
Group discussions and presentations on case studies.
Midterm research paper on a chosen Neuroleadership topic
Final project: Development of a Neuroleadership strategy for a real or hypothetical business scenario
