Course Introduction
Neuroleadership in IT & Innovation course focuses on the theory and practice of Neuroleadership. It is designed to enable students to understand the foundational concepts and develop the analytical skills needed to be an effective leader in IT & Innovation.
Students will explore their own leadership, personality, and cognitive styles and learn how these may affect the performance of others. The course will focus on experiential projects and exercises as well as provide opportunities to individually reflect and write about the concepts explored and skills gained throughout the course.
Course Content
Neuroleadership in IT & Innovation course covers specific topics on IT-related issues including the role of Neuroleadership in IT & Innovation, the difference between leadership and management, and the impact of emotional Intelligence in Neuroleadership.

- Duration of the Course: 8 weeks.

- Study Options 100 % online per Zoom
- Tutorial fees for the whole course CHF 3000 to be paid at least one week before the course starts. 100CHF needs to be paid as application fee.
- Admission Requirements Professionals and students of the field. Students without a bachelor or other academic degree can be enrolled too, based on their dossier, they must confirm at least two years of working experience
- Internet access and an email address are required.

The Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS) is an international education institution that offers continuing education, further education, and post graduate advanced education courses, workshops and programs focusing on advanced studies in Leadership and Management. The ALSS also offers short courses that are not credit- bearing, and do not lead to formal qualifications. All attendees who attend all the four presentations for the Introduction to Sports Law course will be awarded certificates of successful attendance by the ALSS.
