Students receive continuous academic feedback from professors and supervisors throughout the program. Each course is assessed, and students receive a cumulative final grade upon successful completion of the doctoral program.

MISSION

The PhD in Leadership in Sports Management at the Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland is an interdisciplinary doctoral program designed to prepare highly qualified leaders, researchers, executives, and decision-makers for the sports sector.
The program responds to the growing demand for professionals who can combine advanced knowledge of sports management with neuroleadership, emotional intelligence, strategic thinking, innovation, ethical decision-making, organizational development, and evidence-based management.
Designed in accordance with the academic and professional needs of its participants, the program provides individuals currently working in, or aspiring to leadership positions within, the sports industry with the conceptual, managerial, analytical, leadership, and research competencies required for effective and responsible leadership.
The program prepares graduates for senior positions in sports federations, professional clubs, leagues, sports associations, event organizations, sports academies, governmental bodies, non-governmental organizations, athlete organizations, consulting firms, educational institutions, and other organizations operating within the sports ecosystem.
