Chancellor & Lecturer

Prof. Dr. Fadil Çitaku is a professor of Leadership and Emotional Intelligence at the Academy of Leadership Sciences Switzerland (ALSS). He is the founder and CEO of ALSS, founder and director of the Doctorate in Medical Education (DME) programme, and professor in the PhD programme in Medical Education.

Prof. Çitaku has taught in graduate and postgraduate programmes for more than 23 years, with experience developing curricula and projects in Switzerland and abroad. He is a supervisor for trainee teachers at ETH Zurich and co-founder of the Center of Excellence for Leadership Innovation and Quality at RAK University, RAKCODS, UAE, and ALSS, Switzerland.

We offer our education activities using blended learning that combines online digital media with traditional classroom methods

Online Education

Our students have the possibility to study 100% online or in a mixed format, with face-to-face meetings held once or twice a year in Zurich, Switzerland.

Campus Meeting

Although the classes are conducted mostly online, students can meet in Zurich, Switzerland once or twice a year for one week.
